The estate was built by a French immigrant who came to Sóller in the late 19th century. Before his arrival, the property was an old fortified mill.
Notice the medieval and Mudéjar (medieval architectural styles inherited from Moorish times) decorative features, and the chrome plated ceramics and the turrets, commonly known as ‘Ses Torretes’.
