In front of Can Pere Ric, we find the Son Guitard, an old inn dating from the 18th century. The building has undergone some changes throughout the centuries, namely the removal of traditional plastering. In this way, the framing of the windows and the main entrance built with “marès” (typical calcareous stone of Mallorca) make the facade stand out.
