The monastery of Sant Bartomeu in Inca, isn’t open to the public. It is the home of the Jeronima nuns, who live in complete seclusion. Even though you can’t enter the monastery, it is still a sight in Inca, because the views up here, overlooking the area and the park under it.

When up here, continue along the road going behind the monastery, where you’ll be led through the old mill district of Inca, where all the old mills have been modernized and made into residential houses. From here, you will see a sign leading you down to the park, called Parc des Mongues, a beautiful place to enjoy a refreshment. In the park, you will find the historic monument, sa Pota del Rei (The King’s Paw).
