La Gola is a small but charming wetland in Port of Pollença.
Many birdwatchers and ornithologists loves La Gola because of the rich bird life here!Among the species are, blackwinged stilt, cattle egret, mallard and different species of herons.
A beautiful pine forest encloses the wetland, giving particular good conditions for species such as, cetti’s warbler, the greenfinch and the wood pigeon.
