Sanctuary of Sant Salvador
The old sanctuary of Sant Salvador is situated at the summit of the mountain of same name, in over 400 meters altitude. Castell de Santueri
Voted one of the most important and unique castles in all of Spain, the Castell de Santueri clearly stands out as a landmark worth visiting. It is one of the three rocky castles of Mallorca, along with the Alaró castle and the Pollenca castle. It was the last Moorish stronghold during the conquest of Mallorca back in the 13th century and there are many legends associated with this place. The castle has been used as a refuge for the population during times of crisis where people have lived here for longer periods. There is a lot to see here, not to mention the incredible views from its location. Note, that you must walk/climb the last part of the route, hence you need a somewhat good physical condition.
