Palma Aquarium is a unique and fun activity for the entire family
The architects behind Palma Aquarium, has created a true recreation of the eco-systems characterizing the Mediterranean region.
The main attraction of Palma Aquarium, is the 33 meter wide shark tank, home of 4 different shark species. The tank has more than 3,5 million litres of salt water, and is the biggest of its kind in all of Europe. Palma Aquarium is housing ore than 200 species, gathered from the Mediterranean sea, the Indian Ocean and from the South American waters.
If you have a PADI diving certificate, you can actually dive in the tank, with the sharks!
On the roof of the aquarium, you’ll find the micro jungle especially developed to study the cultivation of the Mediterranean vegetation.
