The Town Hall of Llucmajor was opened on January 27, 1884. The building has four floors and a roof terrace, and is built in historicsm architectural style with Neo-Gothic attributes.
The lower section of the facade is clad in stunning Mallorcan marble, which frames the entrance portal over which the inscription “Casa Consistorial, año 1882” reads.
On the first floor there is a balcony with a Neo-Gothic ornate handrail and six sandstone corbels.
Inside the building, entering on the left, you can see the old coat of arms of Llucmajor dating from 1626.
On the second floor you can see another balcony with ornate handrail, just with a different pattern. Behind this balcony you see three windows with beautiful ornamental motifs above them.
The frontispiece is topped by a clock, built by Miquel Font. At the top of the building you can see an octagonal “temple” with a bell inside. The works finish with a vane at the very top.
