The railway/train station of Sóller, is located in the early 17th century fortified mansion of Can Mayol.
The enormous mansion, was up through the 1800’s a luxury hotel, before it became the preset station in the early 1900’s.
The building underwent major renovation works in 1911-1912. Of these, you see a series of delicate decorative details on doors, windows, ironwork, platform corbels and the tank in the courtyard, among other places.
