This Neoclassical building was erected in 1925, and named after the daughters of the owner, whom were born in Chile. The parents having emigrated around 1908. This exact house was built upon their return to Llucmajor, along with many other families who returned from South America at that time.
The Neoclassicism is easily recognized in the symmetry, straight lines, simplicity and balance in shapes and colors.
