Tramuntana Mountains Tour with Local Guide & Lunch
From: €64
Torre de Cap Andritxol is a former watchtower located in a privileged setting at the top of a rocky peninsula of same name, at an altitude of 182 meters.
Torre de Cap Andritxol was built in 1582 as part of Mallorca’s defenses against pirates from North Africa and Turkey that attacked the island on a regular basis.
Torre de Cap Andritxol can be reached via a marked path, the climbs are soft and can therefore be done by the vast majority with normal fitness, without any problems or challenges.
Arriving at the tower, you will be able to enjoy the unique views of the Mediterranean and look down on Camp de Mar and Peguera. Under the Torre de Cap Andritxol, you will find the unspoilt and “secret” little beach, Caló d’en Monjo, where a dip is obvious.
