This house, which today has been heavily modified, was the centre of the old farmhouse of Ariany.

The main facade, which is located near the square of the church, has one section on the right with two floors with a lintel doorway, a small buttress on the left of the doorway, and two windows with sills on the first floor. Further to the left, in the section with one floor, a large semi-circular vaulted arch doorway opens. To the left of it, there is a wall with a doorway which connects to the interior in the form of a corral.

On the left of the corral, there are the ruins of an old winepress and a wine cellar with a barrel vault ceiling. The main doorway with stone doorjambs is connected to an old patio space, which practically no longer exists with a small house that was subsequently added Part of the Camí de la Marquesa (Marquess Road) crosses in front of the house, which, according to tradition, extended to the now popular vineyard, Finca Son Sureda de Manacor.

Ariany belong among the smaller municipalities of Mallorca, nevertheless, one of the most charming. The small and sleepy village is sitting on top of a hill overlooking the rural countryside, especially from the vantage point of Mirador de sa Creu you can enjoy excellent views over the Pla region. The village is surrounded by beautiful fields of corn poppies leaving the horizon in a scenic duvet of colors of all kinds. There is a nice handful of points of interest making it an attractive area to explore and, in the heart of the village you can enjoy a refreshment at one of the local bars.
